About Osha Key

Osha Key is a Transformation Coach who helps women become confident and free in their bodies, feel beautiful, connected, fulfilled and rediscover their worth.

Hi, I’m Osha Key.

Don’t you love the “about me” pages on websites like this because they’re written in the third person? Even though they’re typically written by the owner of the site.

So after Osha Key made several attempts to sound smarter than she really is by writing about herself in the third person, she quickly abandoned that approach and decided to write this page like it was a letter to a friend.

Which… in many ways, it is.

Anyway – what do you want to know?

I’m in my 30s, born and raised in Europe, currently residing in the Southeast Asia, under the swaying palm trees. I live and travel with my partner with whom I’ve been with for over 9 years. He’s really good looking and I’m head over heels for him.

I’m guessing that’s not the kind of stuff you’re looking for.

You’re probably wondering,

Is This Woman Worth My Time And Attention?

For many readers, my answer is NO.

Here’s why :

5 Reasons Why You Should Not Be Here

1.

I don’t waste time on a surface level. I dive deep to uproot the problem

I’m not one of those coaches who will just tell you what to eat, how to meditate and take a bubble bath to relax.

Most people at least have an idea what they should do, but they just don’t it. If someone eats a whole tub of Ben & Jerry’s or endlessly scrolls social media, it’s not because they think it’s the best self-care practice. Knowing what to do is not enough.

That’s exactly where I come in. I help people find the root cause of the problem so that they can stop wasting time on self-sabotage, self-judgement and falling off the wagon.

I’m also fascinated by human potential and the driving forces behind personal transformation and brilliance. Based on my own life experience, as well as experience working with my clients, I am absolutely convinced that all the change must start from within. When you shift your perception of the world and your relationship with yourself, the behavioural changes will follow effortlessly. It’s a way more empowering and productive way to reach your goals than using willpower.

I’m not a guru who has mastered perfection. I’m on my own journey

I’m not a “look at me, I’ve got it all figured out and I’m perfect” guru. I’m a work in progress, just as we all are. I have bad days. I have chocolate cravings during my PMS. There are moments when I doubt myself and don’t feel 100% confident. I sometimes even question myself “who am I to do this work, share my knowledge and teach people?”. But then I realize “who am I not to?” I’m called to do this work for a reason and it would be such a waste to ignore it and disregard my gifts.

Even though there are days when I want to play small, I’ve come a long way. I’ve grown so much and have helped hundreds of people on the way. I don’t need to be perfect to help someone completely revolutionize their life. In fact, it’s quite the opposite – my imperfections give other people permission to embrace theirs. And that’s how we all grow into the highest versions of ourselves.

Albeit I’m imperfect, I do have a lot of wisdom inside of me. My favourite super power is my intuition: whenever I follow it, it never leads me astray. Some people say I have psychic powers as I’m able to see their patterns and deep issues instantly. I think it’s just my natural love and curiosity about people combined with my courage to face my own shadows, the immense inner work I’ve done on myself and an innate empathy, that makes me a phenomenal coach who helps people grow fast and tap into their potential. I am proud of that. That’s why I do what I do.

I don’t care about theories if they’re not backed up by results

I don’t care about theories if they’re not backed up by results

I’m not someone who’s just swallowed a textbook and will reel off coachy jargon at you, like “follow your passion” or “just live in the moment”. In most cases this advice is useless, same as telling someone who wants to lose weight, “just be thin”. When you’re in the middle of a struggle, the least thing you need is some cliché quotes that look cool on Instagram but makes no impact in your life.

Instead, I focus on the practical steps. Yes, when we work together, we get into deep psychology and we explore your subconscious, but we never forget the goal and we’re always results-driven.

I’m also not the kind of coach who’ll have endless calls going round the houses, just exploring and endlessly talking. I cut right to the chase, and focus on action points and the fastest route to get you achieve your goals and heart’s desires.

My absolute favourite thing in life is when I get that call or message from my clients, saying “Osha, thank you for all you’ve done for me. By far the best coach I’ve ever worked with. I felt so seen and understood. And Everything just started falling into place, I feel I just cracked it all.” I’m so lucky to see that week in and week out with my clients. I put my hand on my heart and think it’s all been worth it.

My style is not everyone’s cup of tea

I’m full of paradoxes. I’m very soft and loving, but I also have a sharp and sometimes silly sense of humour. I tell it how it is and sometimes give you some tough love, yet I do it in a warm and caring way.

I love all the superficial things, for example, pretty clothes and makeup, but I’m also curious about how the Universe works, what makes people tick, what are their biggest fears and aspirations, and what’s the meaning of life. You’ll see this paradox in my work: I talk a lot about beauty and body, yet also make my clients dig deep in their subconscious.

I absolutely love people and am very much an extravert, yet sometimes I feel totally introverted and just want to stay at home by myself or just hang out with my loved ones. I have a wild heart, big dreams and crazy imagination, yet I’m also very rational and love logic.

I’m deep yet superficial, too serious yet carefree, overconfident yet insecure, selfish yet wanting to help the whole world, procrastinator yet workaholic, kind and sweet but also tough. I’m a child and ancient at the same time. I’m an “all or nothing” kind of girl, yet very much live in the “middle path”.

While some people prefer a more humdrum personality, these paradoxes are what makes me unique and a well rounded person who can relate to people from all walks of life. It also makes me non-judgemental and helps me embrace and appreciate other people’s quirkiness and exclusive brilliance.

I’m not a “Marine drill sergeant” style coach who will scream in your ear “Just do it!”

Some people prefer that style of coaching, and I respect that. Yet, it’s not how I roll. I don’t find intimidation or fear tactics appealing or effective myself, therefore I’d never use it on my clients. Plus, it’s absolutely not my personality.

The process of my coaching is very gentle and, based on clients’ feedback, they find me very caring and warm. They also say I’m “the best listener, have the sweetest heart, so exceptionally compassionate, always fully present, incredibly caring, kind and calm. Very non confrontational.” OK, I must admit that copy-pasting these compliments makes me blush and I almost feel too shy to share it. But I have to remind myself to stop playing small and downgrading my power. You see, I’m doing my best to practice what I preach. And I truly want all the women to own their power, brilliance, beauty and unique talents.

Being gentle doesn’t mean I will never challenge you or be too soft with you. I will definitely question you, guide you to go to the places within yourself that you’ve never been before. I will make you stretch your comfort zone, gain new self-awareness and make massive shifts in your life. But I’ll do it all with the attitude of love rather than “no pain no gain”.
