1:1 COACHING
This is the deepest level of the work - custom tailored entirely to you, your story, your patterns and your specific vision for love and life.
I work with you on Zoom in 90–120 minute sessions, twice a month over four months. Unlike traditional therapy or coaching, we go beyond conversation - into somatic work and subconscious reprogramming, where lasting change is created.
The four months follow a clear arc:
PHASE 1
Full Spectrum Self Awareness
We map the events, patterns, unconscious programmes, limiting beliefs and soul lessons that have been quietly shaping your love life. Most clients say they learn more about themselves in these two sessions than in years of therapy.
PHASE 2
Deep Reprogramming
This is where the heaviest and most powerful work happens. Using somatic release and healing, we follow the body's intelligence to dissolve what's stored at the deepest level. We rewire limiting beliefs through my unique 8-step process, developed over 14 years of working with people. And we deepen your connection to your higher self, your intuition and the Higher Power. The reprogramming is so effective because we work not on one or two levels, but all three simultaneously: psyche, soma and spirit.
PHASE 3
Identity Shift
Once the blocks are cleared and the reprogramming is anchored, we work on the metaphysical level - creating the desired reality, stepping into the future self, and becoming the woman for whom the love and life she desires is not a hope, but a natural reflection of who she is.
Four months. Eight sessions. Permanent change.
